This summer, we’re looking for a high-impact Business Operations Intern to partner with our Chief of Staff and CEO on key strategic and operational initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and scaling an early-stage company, working on a mix of strategic planning, operational excellence, and business analytics.

Here is what your day-to-day could look like:

• Operational efficiency:
  • Identify and implement process improvements across finance, marketing, and sales operations
  • Revamp our financial model to improve visibility into key operational and business metrics
  • Optimize internal workflows by introducing new tools, processes, or automation
• Research and analytics:
  • Develop and track performance metrics to measure business and operational success
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions
• Other special projects, such as:
  • Prepare and revamp board materials to drive better decision-making
  • Develop our first employee handbook to establish company policies and culture
  • Craft our Customer Advisory Board strategy, defining engagement models and key success factors
  • And more (this can be tailored to your areas of interest)!

• 3+ years of relevant experience in an operational or project management role
• Ability to think critically and strategically while delivering on the details
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and a constantly evolving work environment

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a MBA program
• Experience in a startup, technology, or high-growth environment
• Financial modeling skills
• Familiarity with hardware, SaaS, or B2B enterprise software

This is a hybrid role based out San Francisco, working from our office 2-3 days a week. This internship will run from June to August with flexible start/end dates, with the potential to convert into a full-time position.
