This internship is a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of demand generation, campaign execution, and customer advocacy. You'll contribute directly to how AllSpice attracts, engages, and retains its audience.
This is a summer internship (with the option to extend into the fall semester). You'll work closely with our marketing team to build and execute campaigns that generate pipeline, deepen engagement with our existing customer base, and help grow a community of hardware engineering advocates.
Demand Generation Campaigns: Help plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns designed to generate awareness and pipeline
Pipeline Programs: Support outbound and inbound marketing initiatives that work in lockstep with the sales team to move prospects through the funnel
Customer Community & Advocacy: Help build and nurture a community of AllSpice customers and hardware engineering enthusiasts: identifying advocates, sourcing case studies, and supporting programs that deepen customer relationships
Campaign Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance, use data to inform what's working and what to iterate on
Event & Webinar Support: Help coordinate virtual and in-person events
Marketing Ops: Support list management, segmentation, and campaign setup in our marketing and CRM tools to ensure clean execution and accurate attribution
Prior work experience in a marketing, demand generation, growth, community or a related role
Hands-on experience running or supporting marketing campaigns from idea to execution
Strong written communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Self-starter who can take a loosely defined brief and run with it
Experience marketing to technical buyers, developers, or engineering audiences
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
Background in or exposure to B2B SaaS, developer tools, or hardware-adjacent industries
Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar) for creating simple marketing assets
