We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to join our founding team in New York, and work at the intersection of brands, commerce, fashion, and tech. This is a career accelerator for someone eager to experience building a high-growth consumer company from the inside out, with direct exposure to executive decision-making, company strategy, and operational execution. This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguous problems, is eager to shape the frontier of how shoppers interact with AI, and excited to live out the 0-to-1 journey.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Customer Experience

• Manage creator + celebrity relationships
• Support customer service operations across chat and email channels

Marketing & Content

• Oversee social media strategy, including content calendar
• Plan and execute photo/video shoots and talent collaborations
• Drive SEO and growth initiatives

Events & Public Relations

• Plan and execute high-profile events
• Manage PR consultants and maintain press kit/strategy

Partnerships & Business Development

• Support partnership management and documentation
• Establish and maintain retail relationships

Product & User Experience

• Lead product testing and quality assurance efforts
• Help manage the user community and feedback
• Coordinate with advisors for product testing

Operations & Team Growth

• Manage office operations and expansion planning
• Lead recruiting pipeline management
• Coordinate interview processes and candidate communications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, or high-growth companies)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, "no task too small" mentality
• Self-starter who can tackle ambiguous problems independently
• Ability to locate in NYC and work in-person
• Experience in, or passion for, fashion, consumer brands, or e-commerce
• Prior start-up experience, especially in 0-to-1
