Role Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Associate with expertise in the healthcare industry and digital marketing implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of doctor and patient behaviors across Latin America, experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, and the ability to develop strategies that drive engagement with medical professionals. This role requires proficiency in content creation, paid advertising, social media management, and performance analysis to help grow heva’s presence in key markets.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: USD $2,000 to $4,000 per month
  • Health Stipend: USD $200 per month
  • Internet Stipend: USD $50 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting doctors and clinics across Latin America.
  • Create educational and promotional content tailored to the needs and behaviors of healthcare professionals.
  • Manage social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research on doctor behaviors, trends, and pain points to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Develop partnerships with key medical associations, influencers, and platforms to expand heva’s reach.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, healthcare technology, and medical tourism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, particularly in engaging doctors and clinics.
  • Proficiency in Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with content marketing, social media management, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to develop creative marketing strategies tailored to the Latin American healthcare market.
