Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and people-oriented Junior IT Administrator to help support our growing internal technology environment.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional who wants hands-on experience with modern enterprise IT systems, SaaS administration, identity management, and automation. You’ll work closely with experienced operations and IT leaders while learning how high-growth companies manage technology at scale.

You do not need to be an expert in every platform we use. We care more about problem-solving ability, communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in growing into Systems Administration, IT Engineering, SaaS Operations, or Security Operations over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, laptops, and SaaS applications

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and access management

  • Troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other workplace tools

  • Support office IT operations and conference room technology

  • Help manage platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Confluence

  • Assist with user provisioning, permissions management, and access troubleshooting

  • Support system updates, configurations, and operational improvements

  • Maintain accurate documentation, guides, and operational procedures

  • Assist with improving workflows and reducing repetitive manual tasks

  • Learn and work with automation tools, APIs, and scripting over time

  • Help identify opportunities to improve the employee IT experience

  • Partner with operations, security, and engineering teams on internal technology initiatives

  • Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous improvement efforts

  • Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall IT operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field

  • Internship, campus IT, help desk, or technical support experience preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Interest in modern IT systems, SaaS platforms, and automation

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative in-office environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or familiarity with tools such as: Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and ServiceNow.

  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting windows and macOS endpoints.

  • Basic understanding of identity and access management, onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle management

  • Exposure to scripting or automation tools like: PowerShell, Python and JavaScript

  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles such as MFA, password management, phishing awareness, and access control

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Google IT Support, or similar certifications are a plus

Compensation Range: $65K - $85K
