Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support Slide’s executive team. Slide is a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You'll thrive if you’re energized by complex calendars, quick problem solving, and opportunities to collaborate and contribute across teams.

Proximity to Westport, CT and the ability to work onsite at least 2 days a week is a requirement.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars for the CEO and executive team; prioritize meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
  • Monitor and manage executive inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up and clear routing of communications.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and meeting preparation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure executives are prepared, organized, and operating efficiently.

Payroll & Administrative Operations

  • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time using Rippling, partnering with Finance and HR as needed.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Manage and track DocuSign workflows, ensuring timely execution of contracts, agreements, and internal documents.
  • Partner with Workplace Services and building management to support access control, security coordination, and daily office logistics.
  • Support company meetings, town halls, team offsites, onboarding, and event logistics as needed.
Qualifications:

Required

  • 3+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident, resourceful problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments.

Preferred

  • Experience running payroll in Rippling or similar systems (Gusto, ADP, Paychex, etc.).
  • Experience supporting office operations or facilities coordination.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
