Systole Health helps health systems expand clinical capacity using their existing workforce. Our platform and implementation services enable health systems to launch and scale group care across specialties, clinicians, and patient populations.

Group care can allow health systems to serve more patients, reduce access bottlenecks, and generate meaningful economic value without adding clinicians. Yet most systems lack the technology, workflows, and implementation support to deploy it at scale.

Systole was founded by a practicing cardiologist and Harvard MD/MBA alongside an experienced healthcare operator. We are working with leading health systems to build a new model for delivering chronic and specialty care.

We are seeking a small number of senior advisors who can help accelerate health system adoption.

You will:

  • Open doors to health system executives, clinical leaders, and operational decision-makers
  • Help advance specific enterprise opportunities from introduction through close
  • Advise on positioning, pricing, procurement, and go-to-market strategy
  • Help identify the strongest customers, use cases, and expansion paths

Ideal candidates have senior health system leadership or enterprise healthcare experience, strong relationships with health system buyers, and a record of helping early-stage companies gain commercial traction.

This is an active role, not a name-on-a-slide position. Advisors will receive equity based on their contribution. We are prioritizing candidates who are also interested in aligning financially through Systole’s current angel round.
